Relationships are as unique as the people in a relationship. You may be related by blood, by legal obligations, or by choice. If the relationship matters to all parties, reconciliation is possible. If one person is resistant or refuses then peace is possible only to those who want it. You have to do more than want it to be different; you have to put in the work to be different. The most common issue in any relationship is communication. Communication is more than words spoken and repeated. What one person means and what the other person interprets often differs.

Understanding is the core of effective communication. My role is to help clarify nuanced meaning as you each gain understanding with the goal of productive communication.

Sparrows are social and symbolize joy and friendship; they derive power and protection from their numbers. Always in a clan, they move in clusters, eat in clusters and are always content as such. Seemingly insignificant as a small bird, we are reminded that like the sparrow, we are always seen and valued. Sparrows remind us what we are longing for in relationships.
